GOOD:Small form factor, built-in USB connection, easy UI navigation, voice recorder, good audio quality, good battery life, inexpensive
BAD:No built-in clip to attach to clothes, no AAC format support, bass mode reduces battery life significantly, slow data transfer speeds, not much different than last year's model, rotating dial complicates navigation, USB cap feels a bit loose
