Bought the set in March,2008. Since last year, have been having charging problem. First trip to Nokia service proved futile- money wasted. The dealer claimed battery was finished. So replaced with new ORIGINAL battery. No luck. Went back to Nokia care. After few days, they informed that Charging circuit IC was defective and they cannot repair it as spare was not available. They also follow a bad practice. They take back the receipt that is issued when you give them the phone. That way customer has no record of Nokia's after sales service- successes and failures. The online repair status link boldly said that the phone was ready for delivery. That was a false statement. It creates a great impression and statistics that they had done the job. If the status before repair and after repair was unchanged, how can a phone be ready for delivery? Deception is the apt word.
