Hi i have DSC-S500. It was going good but once i have run antivirus scan on it. Now i can see pictures in the Camera but unable to transfer it to computer cuz when i connect this to computer n double click on ''Removable media''( in my computer) nothing apperars over there but actually the pics do exist in camera(or memory card).
Please help me. I will be gratefull
I have DSC S500 Camera. It has 1GB Memory. Recently some problem started. It is recording vedio movees, but these are not been downloaded to system. Replaying in camera but not been down loading to computer system.
Still pictures are being down loading but not moovies.Please help me by suggesting some adjustment.
