i have recently purchased zen v plus 1 GB PLAYER. I AM UNABLE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY THROUGH PC USB PORT WITHOUT LOADING THE SOFTWARE GIVEN ALONG WITH IT. WHEN IAM PURCHASED IT IS INFORMED THIS DEVICE CAN BE CHARGED EVEN THROUGH EXTERNAL USB PORT CHARGER AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. I AM UNABLE TO GET THE BATTERY CHARGED EITHER THROUGH COMPUTER PORT WITHOUT LOADING THE SOFTWARE OR FROM THE EXTERNAL USB PORT BATTERY CHARGER. KINDLY ADVISE ME.

it is clearly mentioned on d new palyers polyskin tht d software has 2 b loaded if u want 2 chrg it thru USB, u cant charge it with a USB charger as d voltage & OHM both r diff.... u should look 4 a spec charger, it will cost Rs.700-900
