i've bin using archos for abt a year...all of a sudden when i was listening to a song it got stuck so whenever it gets stuck i reset it...but this time after resetting it i only get the home screen showing "Archos entertaintment your way"...it has got frozen in that screen....the hard drive led keeps continously blinking red and afeter 3 mins it switches off automatically......please help me out....

why any system with windows xp/7,becomes slow while opening Acrobat 9 pro

My compaq presario SR5160IL Desktop pc restarts during run frequently . sometimes an unusual beep sound comes from the cpu . After getting restarted for several times , on next restart the display goes hazy n blurr and then system gets hung . also sometimes the cpu powers on , starts but no vga display on lcd monitor

i wanted to ask u ppl a question .... i m plannin on replacing my XFX 9600GT with either GTX 560 or 570.now i know that the 570 is more powerful but is it worth the 4-5k difference for just 7-10 fps increase as shown in your benchmarks(crysis full hd).I have seen your evil twins edition of grafx cards but in that u hav not compared 560 and 570.i will be gaming at HD resolutions and i wanna play at high or ultra settings in most games with 2x or 4x AA.

core i5 760(2.8 ghz quad)
4gb ddr3 ram
dell 22 inch full hd monitor

my power supply is cooler master extreme power plus 500W which i use it for my 9600gt.
It has 2 +12v rails ie +12 v1 and +12 v2... each of them hav 18 amps.now the GTX 560 only requires 30 amps on 12 volt rail.so can my smps provide d required power.if so then i will consider that factor while deciding the graphics card as it will save me from buying another smps.

I have an HP laptop when i switch on .It becomes
On.Indication glow.but nothing is display on the screenAfter some time its glowing on idication goes off.I have shown it to the autorised service centre of HP at Patna..They told that everything is ok but there appears some problem in display circuit of mother board.so mother board should be changed

MB: intel 845GVSR, RAM 256mb, when i switch on the PC i hear a sound of a beep once and then system shows a black screen. in that black screen at the end there is a msg to press F4 to enter setup when i press F4 it shows an other boot screen which gives msg to F10 to save changes then my computer started to work with a windows logo streaming bar. i want to get rid of this problem pls help me how would i restore normal setup without this boot up process everytime,

I have PC. When in the night i stop the computer and start in the morning nothing is displaying i checked all the connection.the Fan is running the PCU also runnig. but the Display is not.

iam getting 3 beeps and no boot. my ram is good.its new one.its working in some other systems.

i have pcd with p4 processer 2.66 ghz and 256 ddr1 ram
the problem is that wnen i run any converter anti various up date or any heavy programe it gets shut down suddenly and every thing in cpu stop to working only leaving a light on my pc start button and it again gets start when i switch off main power

and when i tray to formate my computer even than it gets shut down

computer passes POST test, seems to be sunning om, then seems to heat up...can actually feel heat buildup. the fans stop working, motherbiard seems to stop working, fans and drives stops responding, monitor goes blank, and system seems to hang. only recourse is to unplug, wait for 60 seconds and attempt reboot (which sometimes works). Suspect motherboard, memory module, board , ior power supply is defective. Could try to go "Plain Vanilla" to try to iolate defective oart but could take forever, and may be more than one defective part or might be intermittent - needing scope toi properly analyze. Addition of "N" gigabit wireless router router and networked HP All-in-one printer connected wirelessly to main computer in LAN via wireless (WEP) connection could be overloading system. Computer takes a LONG time to laad on boot, so registry is probably in need of cleanup.

iam using intel 845gvsr motherboard my fan is not working iam not getting display

I have a HP Pavalion 3208 AMD Turon, 2 memory module 512 and 1028. Three days back the laptop hanged whilr uploading game (unfortunately antivirus was off) I switched it off and then it would not turn up. All lights turn up but LCD is blank. Sometimes it would turn up but hang midway or after windows boot. I have 2 windows both are not working. I feel after i remove battery and power then boot screen comes on and i can go into safe mode but 90/100 times laptop does not turn up just lights. Also reinstalled windows after format when it turned yesterday but problem still persists and hangs midway if boots. I have removed/ reinserted/swapped memory modules but no effect yet it still boots sometimes but mostly doesnt.

my headphones are perfectly alright,but i can only listen the voice , the person on the opp side cant listen me

my computer has 80 Gb hard disk , sata, 512 mb memory.
it has win xp servise pack 2 installed,
it keeps hanging at random times.
while playing games , typing, listining 2 music.
first keyboard gets hanged then mouse , then whole system,
ultimately I have 2 restart the syatem.
