I cannot double.click-open a drive.
whenever I try to open one of the drives on my 2 hard disks
the following window appears. [ 'X:\application cannot be run in Win32 mode'
(where X is the name of the drive) ]
I cannot just open the drives that are not system drives.
I can double click and open 'C'(where WinXP is installed),
'Z'(where Other softwares and applications are installed),
'D'(used for Virtual memory), and 'I'(where Temp internet files occupy),
But I can very easily get into thease drives through a toolbar of 'My computer"
I have created along with the system tray.
My system configuration is AMD Athlon3000, 1GB RAM, 2 hard disks of 160 and 250 G each,
2 optical drives, ATI Radeon 1300 256MB graphic card and
a PCTV video capturing card, on ASUS A8N VM CSM Mother board. OS is 'WinXp SP2'.
Please help me.I need a reply by E mail

I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM. :(
WHEN I WORK IN WINXP MY SYSTEM OFTEN RESTARTS ABRUPTLY AND WHEN IT BOOTS UP IT GIVES A MESSAGE STATING THAT THE SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR.

IT GIVES ME THE FOLLOWING ERROR SIGNATURES AND DOES A MEMORY DUMP TOO.

OFFLATE THIS HAS BEEN MY NIGHTMARE CROPPING UP ANY TIME OF THE DAY.
IT REALLY MAKES ME SAD :(

I HAVE WIN9x IN THE 1st PARTITION AND I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM WHEN USING WIN9x.


MY SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

WINXP PRO

1.4 GHZ P4
32O SDRAM AT 133 Hz ( 3 STICKS)
40 GB SEAGATE HDD AT 7200 RPM
MSI BOARD
RIVA TNT 2 WITH 32 MB MEMORY
SB LIVE 5.1 DE

I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE THREE RAM MODULES SEPARATELY AND ALSO CLEANED THE CONTACTS.
I HAVE ALSO CHECKED THE VGA ADAPTER FOR LOOSE CONNECTIONS.
I EVEN CARRIED A LOW LEVEL FORMAT OF MY SEAGATE HDD.

ANY SOLUTIONS FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!

I have one problem .. when i power on my PC the the desktop will getting soon but it is not in the working condition . when the network icon comes on task bar (that i noticed) then it will workingg fine.. anybody can help me to reduce the time of getting the network icon in the task bar or it may happens in any other problems

when I open the enternet explorer7 in XP SP2, it will open in small window. every time I have to click on maximise to maximise the window. Is there any way to start the explorer in maximise window.....?

im facing a problem lan booting my laptop. ive got a pc with a dvd burner, and a laptop without a burner. now what i want to do is, burn a image of the laptop, from the pc. i have no external casing for attaching the dvd burner to the pc directly or any way of attaching the hdd of the laptop to the pc. is there any way to burn an image of my laptop using my pc dvd burner? can you plz guide me in lan booting my laptop from the pc dvd drive?
