I'm looking to be able to buy a medium-range FM and memory card phone which also has the ability to read books, mostly those any ebook downloaded from the net. Can I know which phones support it without connecting to the net/using WAP (ie using a software) ?

ishI have pinnacle 110i TV Tuner card. But it didn't work with Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. I have already upgraded the software from Pinnacle website for Vista Media Centre. But everytime I open the media centre it shows nothing only a black screen with an error message Your TV signal is too weak. What is the problem? Is any solution for that?

I am looking to buy a phone for my father who is really not a tech savvy. So, i am looking to buy a phone which is relatively easy to use and has a pretty good battery back up. Functionalities like camera, bluetooth, etc are not a must. I am also looking to buy a phone priced less than 10k though the budget is a bit flexible.
