i recently purchased compex MRL21E modem..
i don't know how to configure it for BSNL Broadband..
even local vendor is unable to configure it..
can anyone help ???

I had opted for BSNL Broadband with Siemens C2110 modem and Ethernet Card from 'Enter'. The problem with my net connection is that it does not stay for long time at a stretch. So that during my download via utorrent the rythm breaks and once again DHT updates and I loose valuable downloadable time during my free hours i.e. from 2:00 am to 8:00 am. Kindly help! I use Win XP SP3 AMD 2400+, MSI etc.

I have a wireless connection with an excellent signal strength. Never any problems with old computer .Now the connection keeps failing and then connecting up again.

i am using sify broadband connection. I am using single IP. And also have a two more system. I can able to share the internet to network pc. But system cannot sharing, even printer cannot sharing with other network system.

I have a PC with internet connection, I use USB wireless adapter (Netgear WGN111 54mbps G) to connect in adhoc mode to browse net from my laptop. The problem is it is working with a HP compaq laptop with centrino 1.83MHz, intel wireless chipset, xp professional machine but unable to connect with another compaq machine with pentium M 1.73Mhz, Broadcom wireless chipset, xp home machine. Isit du to any wireless chipset incompatability issue or is it due to any other settings

The hard disk of my machine had to be formatted after which window xp was again installed and the software of mtnl dsl502t was installed. There is no problem in connecting to the internet but I forgot the password for the web access and cannot open it. Can anybody please let me know how to put in new password.

I am using Sify broadband and it will work fine for 30 to 40 mins from the time i login to sify broadband client.. when i ping the gateway it says reply from.. its good for 30 to 40 mins.... after 30 mins it says request entry timed out.. When i reboot the computer and it will work fine.. so i need to restart the computer for every 30mins.. I guess its not a good sign to reboot the computer for every 30 mins..
Do you have a solution where in i can rectify this problem... I dont want to reboot my computer... frequently.. I have tried unplugging the network cable and refresh and renew DNS.. and ip
still the same.. please give me some other solution,,.
