how to remove f:drivesinfoguide virus from pen drive some one pls help me out

In all my drives there is an Recycle bin Icon and System Information folder if i delete it go but after some time it will appear again. I have latest kaspersky antivirus but it wont detect that?

i am using a compaq laptop with AMD 64 bit microprocessor and win Vista. whenever i insert an external hard drive like pendrive and cd/dvd, my computer hangs.i need to restart it again and agian...

i wnt your serious solution on what should i do to make laptop to work properly. whenever i shut down laptop it shows windows is shut down...... and remains as it is then i have to push power button to make shut down and all setting remain unchanged whenever i starts next time. also my laptop hangs whenever i insert any removable disk. what should i do to work my laptop properly. plz mail me a solution

my system is infexted with server101 virus.. and is has gone into my pendrive also.. i tried mcafee,avg8,bitdefender.
none of these were able to detect the virus.

I have a touchmate 2GB pen drive. Now when i insert it, my system automatically detects the hardware and thats all process are working fine. But when we click on the removable drive(pendrive), it shows a message
"insert the disk to drive i"

hi friends actually i installed panda antivirus 2007 after installation i am not able to open my Drives D E F i don't know what to do i remove panda but have same prob when ever i want to open my D E F drive there is an option open open with and program list is there like any other video picture opining option

when i scan my computer with McAfee antivirus , especially the pendrives and digi cam , iam losing all the files containing the virus. iam not able to see those folders at all. how am i to selectively delete the virus/ trojan without losing my data?
