hi ive got a E6750 and asus p5 ne sli mobo with 2*1gb ram 667mhz with zebronics 400w smps with xfx 6200 le but am not sure wether my cpu is running at 1333fsb how to find it can any one guide me with the flashing process and is there any way to make it run faster

I want to know that "How to overclock a barton 2600+?" and also let me know "Are there any side effects/negetive effects to the processor & mobo of overclocking.? Is overclocking a good thing to do and how far I can overclock my PC.?

Normal Temp. of my pc remains at 45-50 C.

i have a krypton c18g 400 motherboard with 224+32 DDR 333 memory and amd athlon XP 1700+ .Can you please tell how can i overclock it so that it runs faster

Hi Deejay and other hardcore ocers on tt.
I have finished my experiments regrading my ocing my tbred-b 2000+ on an a7n8x-x board.
The final oc was a trifle low 2090(11x190).The ram timings used were 2.5-3-3-6.The ram could take upto 195 mhz and the board to 205 mhz but since the 10-10.5 multipliers are not avaialble on my cpu(l2 bridge ain't set) and any oc over 2.1 requires a vcore of 1.8v or above(currently at 1.75v) at which point the stock heatsink+80mm fan ain't good enough.The system is still stable but the temperatures would exceed my comfort zone.
One more thing in pcmark02 my scores are:
cpu:6370
mem:4890
hdd:1304
i am worried as the mem scores seem low.is this due to lack of dual channel?less cache compared to barton?
in a recent article THG showed that nf2 u 400 and nf2 400(on a soltek board) both gave around 6500 mem score in pcmark02.even higher latencies produced around 6300.
by that measure i should have a score of around 5600-5700.what gives?

Hi it's me again, I would like to ask to what value should I overclock my cpu - p3 866 mhz & what are the exact things required. The bios of my main board - jetways 618af (intel 815) features a overclocking option. So let me know up to what extent I can overclock it & would I need to change the fan or something ? I have 128 mb of ram.
