I'm trying to build a PC for about 30-32K using AMD Phenom. The PC should be moderately future proof with room for later expansion. The PC will be put to lite gaming, editing home videos and browsing.
It should include all the following components:

CPU (AMD Phenom)+MB, RAM, Monitor (either TFT or CRT), PSU, Case, Speakers, Mouse, Keyboard (hope I have not missed anything). Graphics card is optional and non essential atm.
The PC will NOT BE PUT TO Over Clocking under any circumstances.

Please help me out with components and respective prices preferably wrt my city.

I post this query to all those Laptop Wizards and people who also have done some R&D about the Brands to be considered Elite, Reputed and Reliable. Out of the SONY-VAIO and TOSHIBA which is the Brand that ranks first. I am not talking just from the prespective of owning something out of the world as some might say is the case with the VAIO, iIt is more of a status symbol . But VAIO also to a larger Extent gives you the money’s worth but having said the other day I came across a Toshiba Model which can easily very easily give a run for money to any Laptop and you name it, It had all that in it , almost everything anyone can ask for. So which is the Brand that Rules the Roost VAIO OR TOSHIBA !!

I am using Lenovo Y 500 series notepad.I am getting a peculiar problem realted to lenovo inbuilt webcam & yahoo messenger.My web cam starts fine first time .But once i close my webcam & try to again open it from yahoo messenger,it shows a message tht webcam is not connected.If i try to open camera from lenovo key instead of yahoo,it shows "webcam is busy.Please wait & retry again."For whole one day i will not be able to open the cam again.Next day if i open,it works fine,only for the first time of that date.I have used yahoo messenger version7.0,8.0 & 9.0 but the problem still persists.

Can anyone suggest a better configuration.This seems a bit outdated
