on 29 August,2009,I bought in India,a pavillion dv6 1152TX.S/N:CNF9180ZQL.P/N:VB620PA#ACJ.Warranty:one-year.product key:RG8WD-QQGTH-HRJ8K-6V8KM-Q7KGW.but since two weeks it isnt working.I sent it to HP technical support in costa rica.But ,they said they dont have this product in costa rica.So they cant give me service and I should pay money .Thus,what is my fault that this product isnt available in here.I want you to reply this and tell me what to do.
