securing one's wifi network is the sole responsibility of the owner of the same. none of the govt's business. issuign legislations on curtailing wifi users on a network is only gonna make it more expensive/inconvenient for an average computer user to surf wirelessly from the comfort of their homes. next thing the govt will say that cell phones have to be banned and to use only landlines.. thats BS.
