    Games to be on on PSP Portable later this year

All ye gamers out there, listen! Sony's PlayStation Portable gaming scene is going to be hot again. Four big game titles along with other games will be coming to the PlayStation Portable platform later this year. This is 'the' right time to buy a PSP' to enjoy the slew of upcoming hot games. Popular titles Rock Band, Assassin's Creed, Little Big Planet, and MotorStorm will arrive for the PlayStation Portable platform in the fourth quarter of this year.


Rumors are buzzing on  the web, but it was never expected that these big titles will hit the PSP platform. MTV Games and Harmonix announced the Rock Band Unplugged game for PSP along with downloadable content and access to the online music store. This game will surely rock PSP gamers who'd love to jam anytime, and almost anywhere.


Another eyebrow raiser was Ubisoft's announcement of Assassin's Creed with an exclusive PSP edition bundle packed game, 'Piano Black PSP,' and other downloadable content. This will make gamers go crazy on how Assassin's Creed will look on the PSP's LCD.


Sony announced PlayStation 3's recent hits MotorStorm and LittleBigPlanet for the PSP as MotorStorm Arctic Edge and LittleBigPlanet. Both games have been developed from ground zero specifically for PSP. MotorStorm Arctic Edge will also be launched for PS 2 in the fourth quarter of this year.


Along with these games, Electronic Arts has also announced Madden '10 and Tiger Woods '10, where in Madden will be hookable to a PS3 for information and replay exchange. The Tiger Woods game will have "revamped gameplay modes for on and offline play."


After God of War: Chains of Olympus and Final Fantasy VII, there was a time gap with no big titles being announced for the handheld platform. Sony always faced game release-related issues. So don't be surprised if the game releases gets delayed or stalled.
