R they nuts....they should get some market research before all this plans....BSNL giving 2mbps for whole month @ Rs.500...even if u take BSNL 250 plan u get 1.5 gb data for whole month which is cheaper than this on demand
What a joke!A rip off company.Where the hell do these guys come out with stuff like this.Where is the Serving spirit?.Only Money Money Money. The greediest of the telecom companies in india.I hope no one pays or becomes a customer of one of these.Last year Virgin launced 50MBps speed in U.K @ 50 pounds per month. Here without improving the infrastructure these ripoff companies want to milk as much money as possible.NEVER EVER TAKE AIRTEL(ROBBING LEADER OF THE CARTEL)BROADBAND.
I was with Airtel previously, they charged heavily, but services were woefully poor. I had bad experience with airtel. I currently use Tata Indicom broadband, the services are very good, dependable and affordable. I' planning to buy Wireless broadband from Tata (Photon) when it is available.
Been with Airtel for years now. Bottom line, they charge more (much more) for inferior connectivity. Greed, plain and simple. Going with Tata wireless broadband. Significantly faster and significantly cheaper.
Reliance Broadnet already has a Speed select plan with comparable charges and speeds upto 1 Mbps. Anyways, who chooses such plans, they turn out to be ridiculously expensive even for minor usage.
FOr those looking for fast broadband connection at dirt cheap prices - Tata Indicom offers a 2 MBPs connections for Rs. 20 per hour. When I had subscribed for it, it was Rs. 10 per hour. At full flow I get about 700 MB per hour. haven't found a cheaper downloading option.
Exorbitant prices.
Besides, Broadband is defined as always-on. So, what is it with a per hour billing?
Airtel is simply cheating us and getting awards for it as well.
agree, it seems that there is no way nearby to bypass their rude policies, the world is surfing at megabits and we still are paying premium for 512kbps.
