This versatile printer suits your office as well as your home

Excellent photo print quality and speed, swivel color LCD, economical printing costs

A bit expensive, bulky, no "Scan to" functionality

Features

Epson Stylus TX400 is a color inkjet multifunction printer with a grey and black plastic body, which does not look very attractive. It has a glossy piano-black finish that reveals fingerprints and dust that settles on it. The overall build seems good. It is large and is heavy at 5.9 Kg.

It features piezoelectric printing technology with 4 cartridges for economy and better color reproduction. It is therefore expected to be a good option for photo printing. As you can see above, the cartridges can be installed only after opening the cartridge bay, which may not be exactly convenient.

This MFD features a retractable input tray at the back and can accept a total of 120 sheets of A4 paper. It accepts paper face up and leading edge inside, while the front horizontal retractable output tray situated at the bottom of the device throws paper face up and leading edge out.
