    LG to Use Windows on Most Smartphones

    Expect to see a lot of Windows phones from LG this year

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Microsoft announced that it has signed a contract with LG to power most of its Smartphones with Windows software.


Consumers can look forward to at least 10 LG Windows phones in 2009, though this figure can shoot up to almost 26 in 2012.


LG also unveiled a 3D interface for its high-end phones at MWC.


Currently, Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and HTC offer Windows-based phones in the market. In fact, HTC is the largest seller of HTC based phones.

In fact, HTC is the largest seller of HTC based phones. LOL, what does that mean???!! correct version In fact, HTC is the largest seller of WInMo based phones.
