The number of Series 60 handsets is steadily on the rise with more and more Symbian partners beginning to deliver the goods.
If it was the Samsung Omnia HD that showed up first, here comes one of the few S60 third edition handsets from Korean rival LG.
The KT 770 is a feature-packed Korean alternative to the likes of the N96 and the Samsung Innov8.
The KT 770 might look slightly outdated when it comes to the specs, but it sure does hold its own in the illustrious company of its better endowed cousins. This one features a 5-megapixel camera and a 2.8-inch, WVGA (400x240 pixels) display.
The phone does not use the 5th Edition touchscreen OS, as reported by many earlier, but sticks to the tried and tested third edition Feature Pack 2.
The LG has compact dimensions of 111mm x 51.5mm x 15.8mm (4.4in x 2in x .6in), and is quite lightweight. The battery is a 950mAh, but could have been slightly higher. The phone also seems to come bundled with a Facebook application - a first for Series 60 third edition phones.
However, LG has not revealed the price and the availability of the KT 770.
