Facebook Users Sexually Assaulted by Teen

Are social networking sites becoming breeding ground for sexual perverts? Recently, MySpace barred around 90,000 registered sex offenders, now sex-related scams are getting unearthed on Facebook.
According to a news report, Anthony R. Stancl, an 18-year old New Berlin Eisenhower student, posed as a female on Facebook and persuaded at least 31 boys to send him their nude pictures. When the victims refused offers from Stancl to indulge into sexual activities, they were told their nude images would be emailed to their friends and posted on the Internet. Stancl is also accused of forcing seven boys to have sexual encounters with him, with the youngest victim being only 15 years. Police say they found some 300 nude images of young males on his computer.
Now, Stancl is charged with child enticement, second-degree sexual assault of a child, third-degree sexual assault, possession of child pornography, repeated sexual assault of the same child. He remains jailed in lieu of $2,50,000 bail and if convicted, he faces around 300 years in prison.
Stancl has been expelled from New Berlin High School and a preliminary hearing for the case has been scheduled for Feb. 26.
