Lego to Launch Digital Camera, Music Player & More

If you've loved the stuff Lego makes, you'd certainly be intrigued by the new gadgetry they're coming up with. And they're not just toys, they're for real!
In the coming days, the classic building-blocks brand Lego is all set to sell digital cameras, MP3 players, BIONICLE-inspired digital cameras, digital video cameras, speakers, walkie talkies, and accessory cases.
These products will be aimed at the youth and teen male audience.
To build this gadgetry, Lego has collaborated with Digital Blue, a youth-oriented electronics and software developer.
While there are only images of a camera and a walky-talky set available across the Internet currently, a glimpse of the blocky gadgets is much awaited.
The electronics under the Lego brand name will hit international store shelves in May 2009 at price points ranging from $14.99 to $79.99 and will be available at major retailers.
It doesn't matter whether you want to get this camera or not; but if you haven't played with the Lego blocks, go get yourself a set now!
In India, Lego toys are available at select toy retailers as well as on online shopping websites.
