The successor to the SX100 IS has arrived. The SX110 IS is a 9 MP camera that has a 36-360mm 10x optical zoom lens with Optical Image Stabilisation. The back of the camera has a 3-inch LCD screen that acts as the viewfinder as well. It features a nifty jog dial as well as a few other buttons keeping the layout simple and really easy to use.
It uses two AA batteries for power, which I think will be a little inadequate but won't really know till I'm done testing. Some people claim that it can still take about 400 shots, but lets see.
Having reviewed its predecessor, I have high hopes on the SX110 IS. Lets hope the SX100's flaws have been corrected in this version. Will post a review soon.
