Sony Ericsson s W595 is the successor to the very popular W580i. The company has made quite a few changes in the new model and added some more features to the list. As a result the performance of the device is expected to be much better than its predecessor. But how much better is what we are about to find out.

within a yr, nearly 3 to 4 times gone to service centre... just spent 2000, and the piece has konked off!!!!!

for zooming u`ve to first put the camera on VGA mode then by using the volume keys u can zoom in or out

what are the colors available for this phone in the market ? do we get ruby black also or not ? cos i'm sure as hell this phone has pink as well but it won't be released in India ! also i know not all ppl are selling all its colors most sell only grey and blue or grey and lava black.. the only reason i haven't bought this fone yet is cos i ain't decided the color im gonna buy..grey is out of the race for sure..lava black feels bulky orange thats y im dyin to see ruby black...but find it nowhere

I am Owning the one right before tech tree reviewed it ...its really the gr8 Stylish phone and i do agree that it has poor camera though its 3.2 MP and one more feature missing is flash may it be led or conventional ...but over all a good phone to buy .....

Best Review :) I am owning this phone for a month... I agree to the fullest... W595 wont even match my previous W810 when it comes to camera... a so-called 3MP camera wo auto-focus is almost useless... Techtree forgot to mention the absence of zoom... can only zoom in VGA mode... Whats even more disappointng is the headset thats been provided for a 14k walkman phone... I cant understand the rationale behind it... But no match when it comes to looks... simply a matchless slider... What exceeded my expectation was the internet browser - fast and its faster with opera mobile... v.good battery life and display...

da set luks really awesome n derz no doubt in da musci clarity as its a sony ericsson product bt da only prob. with dese products is da battery backup n da after some months it hangs/stucks , da keys get defective........bt da luks r speechless...............

Another point you guys missed out. This phone has an option to make video calls but the video calling camera is the same as the one behind. There is not seperate one in front. That is a pretty dumb feature. You cannot make video calls unless you stand in front of a mirror. Though the feature is not useful in India rite now, it is worth a mention.
