Sony Ericsson Xperia Finally Lands in US

Recent reports hitting the press seem to confirm that the Xperia X1a is finally out in the US.
This comes after almost a month long delay in the US launch. The launch of Sony Ericsson's flagship device has been riddled with delays in the past as well.
Anyways, the device is up for grabs at Sony Style, the official Sony US store. It is also available online for a price of around $799. However, the final price with taxes is expected to hover around the $867 (Rs. 42,000) mark. There is not much of a visual difference between the normal X1 and the North American cousin. Internally, the phone packs in the North American HSDPA support and bands.
The unlocked phone is priced almost the same as it is in India where it was launched back in November.
