Tariff is higher as compared to that of other service providers. It does not seems to be attractive at all. Presently other service providers are providing local calls at 30,50,60 paise per call and STD at 1.30p to 1.00p per call. The call charges should be reduced

The call charges are perfect. Girish seems to be clueless about the Prepaid rates in Mumbai and has posted baseless information. If anyone checks the Airtel/Vodafone site, you will see the tariffs are exactly the same - Rs 1 per minute, STD - 1.5 per minute.

Horrible service. No grievance redressal mechanism. Follow the dicatates of the company or face disconnection. SIM card is sold in cabins and small shops. Not acceptable even when offered free.

So will it be possible to switch over keeping same mobile no from CDMA to GSM? Handset options for CDMA suck and gprs service if offered reliably and at resonable rates can be welcome change for earlier subscribers.....

I guess, this offer & Tariff is not that satisfactory compared to 2003 CDMA 501 plans.
