Sony Ericsson W595 is the successor to the popular W580i. As an improvement over it's predecessor the W595 comes with bigger 2.2 QVGA display. The camera has also received an improvement and now sports a resolution of 3.2 megapixels however there is no flash.

The W595 is a Walkman phone but this time the focus is on sharing music with others. As a proof of this the W595 has powerful stereo speakers which can play your music loud and clear for others around you to enjoy. Also the headset has two 3.5mm jacks so now you can connect two pairs of headset to the same phone and share you music one one more person.

Apart from that the W595 is basically same as the W580i. The W595 is selling at a much higher price compared to the W580i and only a full review will let us know whether it is worth the extra cash.

The phone is very delicate and gives LCD problems very easily. My LCD display got broken without even having to dropped it. I just took out from the pocket and it was broken. I searched for similar issues and looks like the phone has major problem of LCD display breaking very easily. and so does 580 model.

Have bought this barely a month back. It slipped out of my hand whilst talking & there is a shocking crack in the internal LCD display. The company does not cover physical damage and I have to shelve another Rs 1800/- after having paid Rs 14700/- for it's purchase less than a month back. Am thoroughly disappointed - they should build more sturdy phones especially at that price

I love my W595. I needed a phone that had alot of media function, video, video call, MP3, walkman, and with 3.2mp i have alot of space for all my music and photo's & videos, the resolution is so clear and i am able to zoom in & out. With a few quick touches the walkman sense me plays my music to suit my mood. Internet connection and download is so easy and quick. It's a phone, camera, handycam, ipod & computer all in one. Definitely worth the money.
