Rentimental.com -- For Broker-Free Rentals

Rentimental.com promises to bring you a broker-free rental experience not only for property and automobiles, but also for necessities such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, as well as office equipment and computers. And for that little something extra, the site allows users to search for roommates and tiffin services in a city as well.
The service is currently targeted at Mumbai and Bangalore, but will soon be available in Delhi, Ahemdabad, Bangalore, Pune, NCR, and Trivandrum. As with other dot coms, Rentimental too plans to go pan-India in the coming months.
Apparently, the folks at Rentimental take the broker-free aspect of their site quite seriously; they not only keep tabs on this themselves, but encourage users to report broker break-ins, for which users get points, which can be redeemed as discounts on rentals.
We experimented with the Rentimental search, and as expected, did not find many options - maybe because the service is in a nascent stage. More and more people need to register and start using the service so that more facilities become available on the site.
We think the idea behind the site is great, but Rentimental has a long way to go by way of tweaks before it becomes a rage. For starters, working on those irritating pop-up ads would work wonders.
In the future, Rentimental aspires to expand to almost anything which people would want to rent.
