Cowon's newest Personal Media Player (PMP), the stylish S9, first seen at the IFA in Berlin has finally made its Indian debut.

Coming with an uber stylish 3.3 inch AMOLED display, the Korean PMP could turn out to be a serous alternative for some of you wannabe iPod users out there. The Cowon S9 features a curved rear, and the large screen is a capacitive touch-screen with an impressive resolution pegged at 480 x 272 px. The S9 will be available in 4GB/8GB/16GB capacities. A top-of-the line 32GB version too is on the anvil.



Other drool-worthy bits include the 500Mhz Dual Core CPU, T-DMB TV, Bluetooth, FM tuner, voice recorder, G-Sensor, and not to mention, an impressive 40-hour music playback capacity on a single battery charge.

hi S9 available from cowon.co.in - u can order online and its delivered free of charge all over india. I too have ordered for a 16gb its will cost u 15k - hope its worth it. For all out there I have just shifted from being an ipoder to cowon.. cowon just rocks

Hey Cowon guys (Varun for India, I suppose)(........I am saying this coz you didnt talk abt this in your last comment.......)! Please bring the 4GB version of the product too coz its not possible for everyone to stretch there budget to that of 16 or 32GB . 4gb version, being cheaper, would allow many to go for this product. To be true, I am one of those. I am really looking forward to buying this product. I suppose, Cowon S9 would be priced against Apple Touch, as has been the case in other Global Markets. So, if you bring in 4gb version, then it could be possible for me to offored this beuty................................. Plzz Varun!! ................................................................And one thing these Techtree guys forgot to add that this is the first Cowon product to feature BBE+ technology! It is the best in market (for those who dont knw, better than ipod, iriver, creative, samsung and even SONY...Yes ahead of Sony!!)
