Samsung was the first to take camera phones to a complete new level and while the INNOV8 earns my respect for being such a powerful device, its hefty price tag comes as a huge disappointment. Spending 45K on a feature phone that does not even make a style statement seems absurd.

In this review we look at a new contender from Sony Ericsson's CyberShot series; the C905. The C905 may have taken its time coming, but it isn't too late as Nokia hasn't stepped in as yet.

Earlier in the race of 5MP camera phone releases, Sony Ericsson lagged behind because of its poor quality as compared to its competition. However, can Sony Ericsson turn the tables this time around? The C905 already has bagged some points for its Xenon flash as compared to the LED flash of the Samsung INNOV8.

Many SE phones have a blinking red status light when the battery is low, from the screen shots, it is evident that the battery is low and hence the red status light, it is surprising that the reviewer did not notice this. In response to the other user comments, one does not always carry a camera all the time, there are many occasions where we wish we had a camera with us or forgot to get one, this is where this phone comes in handy! You will never miss another kodak moment again!

why the hell would one spend 30+k on a 8MP cellphone when one cn get a decent enough cellphone fr 10k and a digicam with 10MP fr around 12k.

Rightly said. But everyone these days wants those all in one's. Its better to buy a phone and a webcan rather than a phone which has a better camera
