Now you can shop on Amazon with your iPhone and iPod Touch. The free app from Amazon.com is available on Apple app store.

Like the website, the new application lets you can search and buy products available on Amazon.com and associated retailers. But one of the amazing feature is the 'Amazon Remembers' -- an experimental feature which allows you to take a picture with your iPhone and upload it to Amazon. The service then tries to match products for sale on Amazon.com in the same category and you can buy the product that matches with your choice. It also gives you the option to save and remember it for later in your Amazon account.

Though there is no dearth of Apps available for iPhone, we in India are still waiting for the price drop and for that matter even 3G!

The iphone is a wonderful invention but this locking into what amounts to extortion contracts which is the deal du jour for most cell plans. As far as "porn apps" just include one for women and they'll shut up and use it even more than guys. Hell they already use it as a vibrator.
