Board Layout



The motherboard has the full ATX form factor and measures 305x244mm, so make sure you have a good spacious cabinet. The layout of the board is good and even though there are large heat sinks all over the place, the SATA ports and the headers are placed well and don't come in the way of anything.



In the rear panel we have the usual PS2 ports, VGA, HDMI, 6 USB 2.0 ports and also an E-SATA port. The audio is supplied by Realtek ALC888 8-channel chipset and also features an optical out, which is what is expected from a premium board.

how does this stand up against new nVIDIA's 8 series motherboards? Which one is value for money?

Wow can anyone compare this MotherBoard with Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe/Wireless Edition, M2N-SLI Deluxe. Since I planned to buy one of the above MotherBoard for AMD Athlon? 64 6000+ X2 (Socket AM2) Processor.
