Problems Plague BlackBerry Storm

I was so looking forward the the Storm. I am sadly disappointed. The screen has frozen up on me every day, at least once a day since I have had it. The orientation of the phone sticks; The keyboard/screen does not respond well. The list goes on. I'm within my 30 days and am returning it.

Hi i am planning to buy BLACKBERRY but i am confused as to which one would be better and affordable ?Can someone guide me for the same please ....

My Storm is not a good phone at all. Whenever I make or receive calls I cannot be heard through the handset because it sounds garbled. Can someone help? I've already reset the device and held it with my palm away from the speaker.

My phone shuts down 1-4 time a day. visual v.m. freezes, and I did download the new .75 fimware fix. It did't work!!!

I taught OS 6 was coming out is August? Now I'm reading December? Wow I read a post earlier and they said its traditional of RIM to keep moving dates ! Anyways blackberry storm2 is really a "storm" since I started using it I've had storms of difficulty I doubt OS 6 would do any good! Why doesn't RIM learn from apple and release a phone only when its stable enough!my other question is who tests these phones before releasing then into the market? If you want to experiment get good at it please.

I bought the first storm and regretted it ever since! the newest OS upgrade helps somewhat, but it was a good year in coming. Pull the battery every 3 days!!! What nonsense!!!! buy the iphone, reliable and a great OS.

i think blackberry is just a hype , its not as good as nokia and sony erricson, even their customer service is not good. i am facing lot of problems in blackberry. plz dont buy it, go for nokia or other similar phones

I have had my Storm for 6 months and have had 3 software updates and they replaced my Storm 3 weeks ago!! Now I am being told I should take out the battery twice a week to stop the lock ups?? I have never been so disapointed with a phone in my career and wish I had read the early reviews on the product

I suddenly couldn't browse and choose and set the ring tone for my sms and phone. Do you know of anything I can do? I've tried the hard reset but it doesn't work also.

i have had the storm less than two weeks and my screen is unaligned, the texting has lines in it and it freezes or a normal basis.

I have had all those issues plus more. No one at either Verizon or Blackberry seems to have been trained on this phone. the email is a mess, for example it pulls up the same email over and over, even when deleted on the home email.. Sending text messages is difficult unless you have the person already in your contact list. I've been left on hold endlessly. I'm taking it back today.

The Battery is Terrible too!!! You should look into this big time as it is gonna break this phone completely!
