Stream Multimedia Content On iPhone In Real-Time

Orb Networks have a nifty app to offer iPhone/iPod Touch users, which enables them to stream multimedia content on their devices. Two variants of the app are being offered by the company; one is free, while the other is a paid app with more features.
To make OrbLive work, a user needs to install an Orb client on his PC (Windows only) and load it with the media content he wants to stream. The OrbLive app on iPhone will connect to the PC client with the help of Wi-Fi, 3G, or EDGE and stream the content in almost real-time. A user can watch Live TV as well, provided he has a TV tuner on his PC. Lastly, OrbLive is also capable of browsing documents and PDFs, thus making e-book reading on-the-go a reality.
