Though in the first week of November Steve Ballmer was not ready to show the world what they were up to. Now, the news is finally out -- Microsoft launched it's first online store in US that will sell its programs as downloads.
Microsoft quietly launched the online store with EDS (electronic distribution of software) which will enable customers to buy first-party software and hardware directly.
The store has the full catalog of Microsoft products, from Xbox 360 consoles to games, Microsoft Office and hardware such as Zune MP3 music players.
