Digitize hard copy of your photos with Lite-On Memoir

Lite-On from Taiwan has added some zing to the boring digital photo frames that are available these days. Under a new brand name, Skyla, Lite-On IT has rolled out Memoir, an 8-inch digital photo frame with a photo scanner.

Lite-On touts Memoir as the world's first photo frame to integrate a scanner. The scanner allows you to digitize the hard copy photos and stores it on the frame's memory. The pictures can either be stored on the 1GB internal memory or on the external which supports card formats like SD, MMC, MS, xD and CF.

The probability of Lite-On launching this photo frame in India seems low but we hope to see more such products in the near future.
