YouTube has inked a deal with MGM that will allow them to show archived content from MGM, which includes movies as well as episodes of famous TV shows. Initially, the content will be distributed between two ad-supported YouTube channels. One channel will show full-length episodes of MGM's decade-old action program American Gladiators, while the other will feature full-length movies like Bulletproof Monk, The Magnificent Seven, and clips from popular movies like Legally Blonde, Rocky, etc. However, one thing to be noted here is that most of the videos are limited to US members.

With this move, YouTube competes directly with Hulu (another US-centric video site), which shows full-length content from NBC, CBS, and Fox networks.
