Camera Phones
Camera phones see a much more open market. Buyers don't mind spending if the camera is really worth it along with the phone just as a side deal. You can fetch decent camera phones from anywhere between 10-20K and I don't think there is a need for a much higher range. Well 8MP camera phones have just entered the market and it'll take time before they receive price cuts. Anyways we have 3.2MP and 5MP cameras which should suffice the needs of a good shooter in a phone and quench the need for a digicam to a certain extent.
Sony Ericsson K810i: Rs.11,000
The Sony Ericsson K810i is the obvious choice after it has seen quite a price drop. Ideal suggestion would be the K790i but due to market availability K810i is the choice. The K810i is based on the K790i so it packs all of the same goodies, add 3G and a new face. Launched at 14K the phone has seen a 3K price cut which isn't a lot but good enough to make it to this list of Paisa Vasool Camera Phones.

The K810i has 3.2MP autofocus optics, and with Xenon flash assistance its performance is brilliant. The K790i is praised as the best 3.2MP shooter and so is the K810i. Usability has been given top priority by the designers at Sony Ericsson and the phone even with its round button keypad is still very comfortable to use. The phone is now sold with a 1GB card as compared to a 128MB card earlier. The camera does its duties as a shooter very well but as a video recorder it's really poor. The rest of the phone is good overall with audio, connectivity and battery life capabilities. If you seek a camera phone that's good at both still and video then you will have to settle for the Nokia N73 which does a good job recording at CIF through its Carl Zeiss optics which provides satisfactory results even in still images.

Motorola ZN5: Rs.16,000
The Motorola ZN5 is the latest phone to feature in the list of Paisa Vasool Phones. The ZN5 also known as the ZINE has impressed us with its amazing Kodak Imaging optics. It's been just over a month since its release and has seen a price drop from 18K to around Rs.15,800. A reason for the price drop as I see it is because they haven't promoted the handset except for a couple of advertisement boards outside "The Mobile Store". The phone hence isn't known to the customer as much as some of its Nokia and Sony Ericsson counterparts.

The ZINE ZN5 has a 5MP camera with Xenon flash. It is the quickest shooter and clicks an image, processes it, saves it, and gets ready for the next shot in just over a couple of seconds. The auto panorama mode is also pretty impressive. The ZN5 has the point and shoot type attitude, hardly providing much options to play around with, which in a way is good for the novice user. There is more to this phone than just its camera. It has Wi-Fi as well and quite good music quality. This Linux based phone has a smooth interface and is very easy to use. The ZN5 greatly fulfills your camera needs in a budget and not a bad deal overall.

Nokia N82: Rs.19,500
If you seek too much from your phone then the N82 beats all. Earlier with its steep price tag of 28K during launch this was nowhere close to being affordable. The N82 now sells for almost a good 10K below its launch price making it a sweet deal. This phone has got it all, an almost perfect "Jack of All". Well, even Master of One can be added to it; the N82 is the best 5MP camera out there. It's still and video capture abilities are one of the best. The N82 also has features such as Wi-Fi, GPS, and bundles lots of software along.

The N82 earlier didn't see high sales figures, the only reason being its price tag. With the price cuts, it's not only seeing growth in sales but also is being talked about and accepted and almost taken as a camera phone benchmark by most end users.
