Guitar Hero World Tour, the latest iteration to join the long running series, is already cooking up customer complaints.

The game comes with a bunch of peripherals including a guitar, drum set, a microphone, and a hefty price tag. Many of the "lucky few" who bought a copy of the game, hoping to put on their Bon Jovi t-shirts and relive him on their TV screen, were bewildered as their fake instruments were out of sync.

It turns out that many of the bundled peripherals are damaged. If you're a victim of damaged Guitar Hero World Tour gear, it can be fixed. Click here to go to the customer service page and follow the links.

We have no idea how much time it would ideally take for a replacement, but let's be honest -- once that Bon Jovi t-shirt is on, every seconds' delay would be painful. The most common problems seem to be unresponsive drumheads and some minor issues with the guitar.

EA faced a similar problem with the original Rock band, and a similar arrangement had to be made to replace the instruments. Let's hope that the replacements happen pronto so the virtual rockers can start jamming!
