AMD is fighting hard to fight the challenge nVidia has thrown. Their latest attempt is this front is the ATI Radeon HD 4830 graphics card which takes on nVidia's budget offering, GeForce 9800 GT. In fact, AMD will sell the cards at $130 (approx. Rs. 6,500) which is at par with the 9800 GT.
The ATI HD Radeon 4830 supports PCI Express 2.0 interface and scores over 9800 GT's DirectX 10 by giving DirectX 10.1. It has the same 512MB GDRR3 memory with a tad less core clock speed but more stream processing units when compared to the pitched 9800 GT.
Other features the card integrates is the CrossFireX technology that allows gamers to combine as many as four cards in one PC, 1 HDMI port via adapter, TV-Out and 2 DVI ports.
AMD also claims that GPU delivers more than 30fps in games like Devil May Cry 4, Company of Heroes and ET: Quake Wars whereas 9800 GT fared lower.
Plz give me information about which Graphic Card i purchased who give me about 200 fps in cod4 . I have two Option
1. ATI Radeon 1300
2. Nvidia G force 8600GT
neither of those cards will give you 200fps in cod 4. in fact no card on the market will give you that performance, an ATI 4870x2 will give you 160fps (give or take) in cod 4 but it will cost you ?350 GBP. If your budget is that low (considering the price of the cards you mentioned) i personally wouldn't entertain playing cod 4 at all. do modern games justice and save for a decent card that may last a while.
200fps is not really possible right now and quite pointless too. You should be be able to play cod4 with 8600gt if you turn down the graphics settings. But I suggest that you look for some better card. You wont be able to play current games properly with those 2 cards. Right now the prices are like this - Radeon 3850 512mb : Rs. 7500, Geforce 9600 : Rs. 8000, Geforce 8800gt/9800gt : Rs. 10500.
