Nice to see Airtel trying to make some new offers. Sadly their service staff stinks. I commute betwwen HK and Ahmedabad Gujarat. In my last trip I wanted to go for an Airtel broadband connection which they told me would be installed in two days. Luckily I did not cut off my existing internet connection as I was very rudely on my calling up told that there is no connection space available! Can you imagine that in these hyper competitive times!! I made several complaints but no one bothered answering. You have carried their article. Could you kindly get me the email of one of the top bosses as the under staff neither want to give service and neither are they willing to let you talk to their superiors so that no one gets to know how bad services are.
