What does it take to win a gold medal at the Olympics? Hours of daily training, a perfect diet, mental discipline, and... the Nintendo Wii? Japanese Olympic swimmer Kosuke Kitajima, the gold medalist for the men's 100m breaststroke thanks Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games for his performance: "See, Mario does the breaststroke. And thus, it's perfect mental training for envisioning the actual Olympic hall", at least that's what Kotaku claims he says, all we got from the machine translator was (warning, the following might melt your brain) "Mario is a chest breaststroke.
