iPhone is rife with problems -- ranging from case cracking to 3G network connection
iPhone 3G -- the gadget to die for also comes with its share of issues. Though in India we are still awaiting the official launch, the internet is rife with problems being faced by users -- ranging from case cracking to network connection.
The main crib iPhone users have is the disappointing 3G wireless connections from AT&T. According to GigaOM's Om Malik, "there are definitely problems with the connection. The speeds are marginally better than the old EDGE network, and videos on apps like MLB At Bat are of poor quality. The signal strength rarely exceeds two bars in most places (except my living room, where it's at full strength)."
Apple's very own message board has garnered around 1000 replies for iPhone 3G's reception problem and most users are switching off the service. CNET has also highlighted how unsatisfied iPhone users are switching back to their old plans.
