Apple observers managed to sniff the stuff on six new patents granted to Apple by the US Patents and Trademark Office. The fresh granted patents include new iPhone/iPod Touch dock, computing device (MacBook?), speech synthesis system, backlighting device, and compensation circuitry.

The first patent diagram talks about an iPhone stand/dock design.

The second patent relates to their MacBook design which has been rumored to be the next major announcement from Apple.

The third patent is that of an electronic device (iPod or iPhone) holder used in a lanyard.

The fourth patent refers to the improve backlight or display illumination guide panel.

The fifth patent is about a model of text-to-speech synthesis system.

The sixth patent is about a compensation circuitry or the signal amplification circuits and methods.

Some of these patents may be for Apple's existing products while other are for those under development. The patents sure look interesting, with Apple leaving the curious on tenterhooks, as always.
