iPhone Launch Date Announced

Finally, you can get your hands on the much-awaited iPhone 3G.

Airtel is bringing the iPhone 3G to India on August 22nd while rumors have it that Vodafone is planning the launch on the 18th of this month.

As we reported earlier, Vodafone was supposed to have 15 day edge over Airtel, but looks like that's not happening.

The pricing details have not been disclosed by either of the companies.

We will keep you posted as more develops.

wishful thinking.. theres a difference between "hopenot" and "should not".. its not meant to be a phone for the market.. its like saying, a honda accord should not cost more than 8 lakhs..
