Apple's definition of 'everything is working' is different from the end-users idea of 'everything is working'. Namely, just like dotMac, it's mostly working for most people, with random outages affecting a varying group of subscribers at any one time. This is level of service is specified in the terms-of-service, and is an excellent reason why I don't subscribe to it. While every service provider has TOS like this, Apple seems to make the most use of it. Hell, GMail, which is FREE has both far more users and much fewer problems than dotMac or MobileMe.
