A new shopping website that allows for social interaction -- Storrz
A new virtual shopping mall called Storrz.com has been site-d on the net. It calls itself a social shopping mall: visitors can see which products their friends are browsing and buying, as well as get feedback from other users. For this social activity, Storrz.com offers a Facebook-like wall for comments and feedback.
Targeted at Indian users, Storrz.com has been around since a year but has been recently re-launched in this 'social' avatar. Merchants are allowed to set up their own stores and do not keep any inventory, while buyers deal directly with the associated stores.
Currently claiming to have over 50 stores, Storrz.com also ensures quality by checking the level of satisfaction with the buyers; stores that do not have a high rating are booted out of the mall.
