Though this year's E3 was fantastic, there were a few things that left me disappointed. Here's a list.

No Public Footage for Heavy Rain

I know that the game was shown behind close doors to some elite press but what about the rest of us. Quantic Dream's Heavy Rain has been in the news for almost two years now. The first technical demo called The Casting led to some really interesting discussions. The game has been talked about due to its detailed graphics and advanced motion capture. The heavy rain casting had a very dramatic feel to it and had the postproduction polish of a good budget movie. The game comes from the developer of Indigo Prophecy, one of the best action adventure games ever. The game was a critical hit and sold quite well. Heavy Rain seems to be quite similar to Indigo Prophecy, which is a really good thing. I hate the fact that when footage was ready it should have been shown to eager gamers, who have been waiting for months and following the game.

Why would they announce bluray when the points you mentioned above seems to negate that.HDD installs would mean more data can be spread over discs, choose whichever one you want to rip and keep it on the HDD.Netflix has over 90k titles in its collection, granted its only SD its not like every US home has a HDTV so this is in fact a great exclusivity coup for M'soft.Don't expect to see a bluray announcement atleast until next year!
