Liz Gannes at GigaOM brings us an interesting video this morning. At the YouTube's developer conference, an early software engineer -- Cuong Do, took the audience on an interesting behind-the-scenes tour of the early days of YouTube. The talk was titled "Behind the Scenes: A Look Into YouTube's Infrastructure," and was sprinkled with tales of outages, architecture, and tools that YouTube uses. It's a fascinating video which Liz has kindly uploaded.
