Continuing with our E3 buzz, this time we look at some more sequels and new games. Read on.

Prince of Persia



This is a completely new game, with a new prince, no dagger of time and no Farah. A new Prince, a new cell-shaded engine and a new partner called Elika. The new game has taken a few bold steps by introducing many new ideas to an already popular franchise. They have completely rethought the game and brought in more platforming, the combat has been changed and Elika has been added as an active partner. Elika will do more than sit and watch the prince slay the enemy, she will provide support just like Alyx from HL2.

Excited about: The new cell-shaded look, Elika as a partner, the new platforming gameplay.
Cynical about: The game's combat revolves around one-on-one fights only, the combat could get repetitive after the first few hours.

so, anything exciting coming out for anything but PS3? The answer, in case you were wondering, is yes. Very much. More so than the games listed in this one sided article.
