Dell claims the Studio series offers better personalization features for a high-definition computing experience, including color-customization options.
Dell has unveiled two consumer laptops in its new Studio series; Studio 15 and Studio 17. Positioned between the low-end Inspiron series and the high-end XPS series, Dell claims the Studio series offers better personalization features for a high-definition computing experience, including color-customization options. The sleek Studio series will be available in seven colors, and graphite grey pattern customizable with four trim colors.
Meant for a high-definition experience, Studio 15 has a 15-inches high-definition wide-screen panel display, while Studio 17 has a 17-inches high-definition wide-screen panel display. For the Studio line up, Dell has focused on personalization features such as a built-in Web cam, slot-load drives, media-control touch buttons, mercury-free LED displays (optional), and built-in mobile Broadband.
The Studio laptops feature Windows Vista Home Premium, a Mac OS-like user interface (UI) called Dell Dock, and communications program Dell Video Chat. The Dell Dock resembling Apple's Mac OS dock, is a customizable task-bar for organizing frequently-used programs. Dell Video Chat is a video and VoIP program. Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processors, and with up to 4GB RAM, the laptops target a multimedia-savvy audience who can enjoy high-definition videos using optional Blu-ray Disc drives.

DELL IS THE BEST
Who says the break? And, a friend has a dell latitude for quite some time now, the old ones with only a combo drive.

yes it is out, as you can click the links above in the post, to the dell page
Dell laptop's hold up better for my company than the desktop's do. Woe if you have less than stellar quality power for your building's as Dell will be fixing your pc's on a regular basis. The whole idea is to get a warranty that lasts for as long as you will plan on keeping the computer, for us 5 years. If you want something that won't break and is real quality give micronpc a call, or HP.
