Aksh Optifibre, MTNL Launch icontrol

We just recently brot this icontrol after reading all its +ve points, but very sorry to say, we r having a veryyy bad experience with it. the reception is veryyyyyyyyyyy poor and these people do not provide quick service. its being 8 days we have not watched a single program on icontrol. when we call them they say the engineers r not available to fix the problem!!. we are now in the process of stopping der service and getting our refund. so if anyone wants to go for it be ready to undergo mental stress as we are going thru right now.

Hi i had ordered icontrol and someone came to connect the wirings and all. the problem is that for the past 1 month i am trying to contact someone but cant as you people dont have a number by which a non landline customer could seek support. Can i please get some assistance on this or else i am gonna whipp off the wirings made at my place.

I had handd over a check for Rs.999/-to the representative and I am now told that technically it is not fesible in my area. Then why they are collecting the depost amount? I do not know when they wiil return the deposit money. Only in India such thing happens. I feel MTNL should also look into workinh of Aksh their partners.

Aksh Optifibre do not want to do business is what i feel, we have booked IPTV connection in the month of Nov 08, but there is no response from Aksh side now. Even there is no customer service provided by them bcoz when you try the landline you can only hear the pre recorded message & then the phone gets blank, I feel IPTV from aksh is an flop show

Hi! I got IPTV connection thourgh my telephone connection 26853293 which was provided on 19th July 08 but it did not work properly becuase the programmes were coming with interruptions. I got it disconnected but have not got my security deposit of Rs.1000/- so far.

I got ICONTROL IPTV on 1/10/08. After initial hickups, it worked almost 80% well for some time, but I have one very basic problem which is not yet resolved by Aksh till date. Every time I watch TV for about 5-10 mins, ADSL light goes off and TV is interrupted and it takes 10 mins to get it back. Then it gets repeated very often and TV watching this way is absolutely impossible. I have connected the telephone line directly to the MTNL splitter, having no parallel telephone connections before the splitter, as advised by your servicemen, but the problem continues. Many a times, channels like BBC Entertainmant DO NOT HAVE PROPER SYNCHRONIZATION OF PICTURE AND SOUND, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO WATCH. This is very good channel and please make it work properly.

i have a iptv connection through aksh 15 days ago, only i want to know -- which quality/brand of 5 mtr white grey colour wire is used to connect mtnl modem with set top box/tv ?

I have applied for 27th June 2008 but still not put in operation only connection a wire and a one modem put on my home and not connect a set top box. I hereby 2 or 3 days are not connect my IPTV set top box. I cancel them.

Sir, My MTNL phone number is 27464704. Through MTNL call centre I have been booked to get theAKSH connection on 15th June 2008. It is verymuch unfortinate to note here that, even today, i have not been provided the IPTV connection.

In MUMBAI THE CAPITAL OF MAHARASHTRA ,All the Marathi Channels such as Zee Marathi , ETV Marathi, Mi Marahi, D.D.Sahyadri etc. are viewed by majority of population , we are also could not be exception to this. We don't understand why the D.D.Sahyadri a Free on air Channel is not provided by you in Mumbai. We anticipate a positive responce from you and would like to avail your services at the soon. I have done some personal survey of my own by calling up both service providers call centres & tried of experience it. First i have called the MTNL IOL IPTV call centre no 12600 from my MTNL land line, it was short non Q IVR in 14th second i was connected with executive whose voice was soft & clear to understand. I am interested in your service. But a security deposit of Rs.999 is an indirect way of charging cost of set top box. Even DTH players are supplying the set top box free. This will encourage the customers on other services to have your system as additional. Presently most of the customers are already having some service and to attract them you must make the set rop box free.
